PeopleBrand: The Employment Brand
Imperative
This report gives an overview of the key findings of the employment
branding research conducted by Right Management and examines
the value of applying classic branding principles to a talent strategy that
keeps talent choosing to join, stay, grow and contribute.
Our research involved over 3.500 respondents from 26 organizations
in a variety of industries. People identified as "high-value talent" were
asked to rate six key brand factors - how important are these factors,
and how well is the organization delivering on them. One key finding: the
organization's values and culture have the most impact on talent's
satisfaction, commitment, and intent to stay with the company.
