Global Severance Practices Study
The idea of collecting benchmarking data on employee termination and
severance practices is certainly not new. Right Management, in
fact published one of the first comprehensive severance reports in the
very early 1990s, and followed this with a series of a dozen
industry-specific reports four years later.
In addition to the clear value of fresh, up-to-date information,
what is most notably different about this study is that it is global.
Organizations in thirty- two countries participated in our study.
