The Toledo area office serves all of Northwest Ohio and Southeastern Michigan from its newly expanded facility in Arrowhead Park, Maumee, Ohio. It is part of the Great Lakes Region of Right Management.

In addition to Toledo area companies, it actively supports clients in Sandusky, Findlay and Lima, Ohio, as well as Michigan clients in Ann Arbor and Monroe.

John Bourbeau, Managing Principal, founded Right Management, Great Lakes Region in 1981. John has built the company from a one-man office to 60 consultants located in Detroit (Southfield),  Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, and Toledo, Ohio.
