People Development Creates a Winning Culture


Client:

Global technology and computer manufacturing company


Situation:

The client wanted to create a distinctive learning environment within the organization that would provide competency and personal development to staff across Europe. The client was specifically looking for a partner that could provide creative, innovative learning solutions that were directly linked to business strategy and that would result in a more highly-effective workforce.


Results:

In the first year, the programs were delivered in local languages in seven European countries. Over the next three years, the number of European countries increased more than two-fold to fifteen countries. In addition, Right Management added a new module for developing intact teams. To date, 2,000 employees have participated in the people development program.

Our global footprint and consistent methodology allowed us to deliver across a broad geographic footprint, monitor progress of the implementation, and progress towards the new culture strategy objectives, with efficiency and consistency.
