A new reference work entitled The Talent Management Handbook, published by
McGraw-Hill in fall of 2003, and the thought leaders of Right Management have made
a major contribution to its contents. The book’s editor, Lance Berger, contacted Right in 2002 to invite
the firm’s experts in several relevant areas to write chapters that pertain to the larger issue of helping
organizations manage their people. As a result, Right contributed four chapters which are available below.

Geof Boole, Right's retired EVP of Career Transition, authored this chapter
on outplacement, explaining how career transition consulting plays a role in helping an organization
pursue its “employer of choice” objectives.
Leadership Coaching
Paul Larson and Matthew Richburg, Ph.D – two of Right’s top experts on coaching – wrote the book’s
chapter on this topic, drawing on the experience and methodology of Right.
Using 360-Degree Feedback in a Talent Management System
Richard Lepsinger and Anntoinette D. Lucia, managing vice presidents for Right’s organizational
consulting practice, contributed a chapter on the uses of 360º feedback systems.

Richard J. Pinola, former CEO of Right Management, contributed a chapter giving a CEO perspective on the subject of managing talent in a global organization.
