Ted joined Right Management in January 2003 as Executive Vice President and General Counsel with responsibility of all legal matters related to the corporation, including corporate governance, government compliance, acquisitions, contracts and litigation. Ted provides services directly and manages outside legal counsel.
Prior to joining Right Management, during the period 1992-2003 Ted acted as outside legal counsel to the corporation as a senior partner in the corporate department of the Philadelphia law firm Fox Rothschild O'Brien & Frankel, LLP. Ted participated in more than 50 acquisitions worldwide for Right.
Born in New York, Ted graduated from Penn State University in 1968, and the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1971. From 1971 to 1991, Ted practiced law at the Philadelphia law firm Dilworth Paxson.
Long active in community affairs, Ted currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Mann Center of the Performing Arts, the Penn State Hillel Foundation and the Visiting Nurse Association of greater Philadelphia. Ted is a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations.
