As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Paul is responsible for the overall leadership of the finance function at Right Management with a strong focus on meeting the profitability targets of the company.
Paul joined Right Management in 1996 and has held a variety of positions within the company including Financial Reporting Manager; Group Finance Director - Eastern US; VP Finance – Global Consulting; Corporate Controller; and most recently SVP Finance and Operations – Americas.
Prior to joining Right Management, Paul began his career at Arthur Andersen in Philadelphia in 1992 where he was an auditor on two of the largest clients in the office. Paul graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
