As Executive Vice President of Global Product Management, Pam is responsible for leading the Product Development and Service Quality functions across Right Management’s human capital life cycle service offerings.
For the past three years, Pam served as Senior Vice President and Global Leader for Service Quality. In addition, she has sponsored the firm’s Emerging Talent and Employee Engagement Programs. Previously, Pam served as Vice President, E-business for Right Management. In that role, she oversaw the development of new applications to enhance Right Management’s service offerings.
Before joining Right Management, Pam was managing partner of a business and technology consulting firm, where she worked with clients to develop and implement their business strategy, and to leverage technology and existing assets into new growth opportunities. Pam began her career in the management training program at JP Morgan, and served as a banking officer.
She is a cum laude graduate of Wellesley College. She sits on the Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, is a member of the Forum of Executive Women in Philadelphia, and president of the Rosemont-Villanova Civic Association.
