Owen Sullivan was named Chief Executive Officer of Right Management in 2004 and is responsible for leading the firm into its next phase of development and expansion worldwide.
In addition to his role at Right Management, Sullivan is also an Executive Vice President of Manpower Inc. and continues to lead Jefferson Wells,
a Manpower Company, where he has served as CEO since 2003.
Owen’s 20-plus years of corporate and entrepreneurial business
experience include nine years with
Metavante Corporation (formerly M&I Data Services),
where he was President of the Enterprise Solutions and Financial Services groups.
Through his firm Sullivan Advisors, LLC, he provided consulting
services to venture capitalists and equity groups, building
strategic plans and evaluating acquisition opportunities.
Owen began his career at IBM where he spent 14 years in
several sales and marketing management positions.
Owen is a graduate of Marquette University and executive programs
of both the Kellogg School of Business and
Harvard Business School.
