Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Jeffrey Adix has responsibility for all aspects of Right Management’s financial reporting, projections and planning. Going beyond his direct financial responsibilities, he also works with the Executive Leadership Team to contribute to the overall strategy and the execution of specific strategic initiatives of the firm. Due to the global nature of Right Management’s operations, he takes a leadership role in driving internal and external benchmarking to ensure that the firm is delivering services efficiently and effectively to our clients throughout the world.
Jeff has a wide range of domestic and international finance experience. Prior to joining Right Management, Jeff was with Veolia Environnement SA, a publicly traded environmental services company based in Paris, France, and served as Chief Financial Officer for the company's North American non-hazardous waste and recycling business. As a member of the North American environmental services executive committee, he also had responsibility for all purchasing, information technology and shared service activities across multiple business units.
Jeff’s prior experience includes positions as Area Controller for Central and South America for S.C. Johnson and Son, Inc. and as a Consulting Manager with Arthur Andersen LLP. A graduate of Drake University, he is a CPA and also holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
