The Local Story
The firm that is now the Australian/New Zealand arm of Right Management, was established in Melbourne in 1983 as Davidson & Axsmith. It subsequently changed its name to Davidson & Associates and was acquired by Right Management in 1997, becoming Right D&A.
In January 2004, Right Management was acquired by Manpower Inc., and now operates as a wholly-owned, stand alone subsidiary. Right Management’s consulting business was enhanced as a result, by the incorporation of The Empower Group – Manpower’s organisational consulting practice. Empower was one of Australasia’s most renowned organisational consulting groups with a strong history of expertise in leadership development, change management and individual & organisational assessment.
