Client:

Finance/Real estate investment firm (S&P 500 company; largest publicly traded owner, operator, and developer of multi-family housing in the U.S.)


Situation:

During the client’s roll-out of a new succession management process, the executive team expressed interest in working with leadership coaches as part of their effort to gain momentum toward achieving a new strategic direction.
