As Executive Vice President, Global Client Solutions, Tony is accountable for all of Right Management’s solutions in Talent and Career Management, with each of the four Centers of Excellence, as well as Quality, reporting directly to him.
For the past 2+ years, Tony has served as Global Center of Excellence Leader for Transition services. Working with the firm's Career Management Consultants and leadership teams across the globe, Tony was responsible for designing and implementing our industry-leading RightChoice™ solution. His ability to collaborate with multi-cultural teams and drive results earned him recognition from ManpowerGroup as a 2008 recipient of the prestigious Power Award. His fresh thinking and forward looking perspective has successfully created differentiation from our competition and firmly establishes our position as industry leader.
Before taking on the Center of Excellence Leader role, Tony served in a variety of positions, including Organizational Consulting Leader, Transition Practice Leader, and Senior Vice President for the Americas where he led the North American home-based operation and the development of Career Edge. He has also worked extensively with some of our largest clients.
Prior to joining Right Management in 2001, Tony worked as an Operations Manager in an international staffing firm and also served as a Captain in the U.S. Army. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point where he studied sociology and systems engineering.
