As Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources for Right Management, Laurence is responsible for developing consistent policies in the area of human resource management and leading Right Management's HR Council. In collaboration with our Group HR leaders, Laurence serves as the chief architect of Right Management's strategic workforce strategy to ensure we constantly innovate in the area of HR, achieving "Employer of Choice" status. She is a member of Right Management's Executive Leadership Team as well as the Global Leadership Team of ManpowerGroup. Laurence is based in Paris, France.
Originally trained as a lawyer, Laurence possesses significant experience in the human resources field. She held HR Director roles in Xerox and also was a human resource leader for ManpowerGroup France, the largest ManpowerGroup. For the past three years she has been General Manager for Right Management France. Laurence provided a client-first, results-oriented environment and created a new team aligned to our strategy, and gained significant market share with new clients. With her considerable leadership capability, Laurence has built a sustainable business for Right Management in the French market and will continue to work with senior level HR leaders from our client companies globally to drive thought leadership and enhanced brand recognition for Right Management and ManpowerGroup.
Laurence earned degrees in Private and Business Law from University of Paris II and is a Barrister at the Paris Bar.
