As Executive Vice President & Chief Information Officer, Joe has responsibility for all aspects of Right Management’s information technology solutions. This includes leading the development of Right Management’s strategic IT vision, identification and implementation of new technologies to optimize Right Management’s performance in current and future markets, and ultimately, to ensure that Right Management maximizes its return on IT investments.
Joe joined Right Management in 1999 and has played a leadership role overseeing the major global technology initiatives that have been implemented at Right Management including global network connectivity, the enterprise e-mail solution, web site development, a web-based back office billing and tracking system, client-facing solutions, and a global ERP system.
Prior to joining Right Management, Joe spent time building a technology consulting company in the Philadelphia area. His previous consulting engagements have included implementing sales and marketing technology initiatives for a global pharmaceutical company and a regional power utility company.
Joe is a graduate of LaSalle University and is working towards a master’s degree at Quinnipiac University.
