Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
As the Chief Financial Officer of Right Management, George is responsible for leading the overall finance direction and driving financial performance throughout the organization. His responsibilities extend to corporate development and working closely with the other Global Executives to make sure our clients are getting the most effective and valuable innovative workforce solutions in the marketplace.
Previously, as Executive Vice President of the Americas, George was responsible for ensuring quality excellence and overall client satisfaction as well as meeting revenue and profit growth goals for all lines of business across Right Management in North, Central and South America.
From 2003 through March 2007, George was the Chief Financial Officer of Jefferson Wells (a ManpowerGroup company), and responsible at various times for the company's Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Administrative, and Western US operations. As a member of senior management during that time, he was integrally involved with the firm's strategic direction, growth initiatives and governance.
Prior to joining Jefferson Wells, George was part of ManpowerGroup's corporate finance department. Beginning in 1996, he served in a variety of roles including, International Financial Planning Director, Chief Accounting Officer, and Vice President Finance and Treasurer. George began his career at Arthur Andersen in 1985 where he worked with many large publicly-held companies and provided a variety of finance advisory services to his clients. George graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
